Thomas will lead you on a group stretch to make sure you’re in the best condition before a job through the neighborhood. At 8:00 AM join Ariane Hundt from Brooklyn Bridge Boot Camp for an intense work out that is sure to burn off last night’s dessert…and then some. For those looking for something a little more zen, 9:00 AM brings Yoga with Christy Maskeroni of CLAY Health Club + Spa.

Yowza! CLAY Health Club + Spa just reopened their renovated rooftop in time for their 10th anniversary in Union Square. This June, yogis will be able to bask in the warm summer air in special sunrise and sunset classes on the renovated rooftop. Union Square Blog was lucky enough to get a special free tour with CLAY’s manager, Chris, and learned some pretty awesome tidbits about the exclusive gym that we wanted to share. First of all, CLAY caps membership so there are never lines for equipment and members are sure to get the classes that they want. WHAT? Having dealt with other gyms in this city, we think that is pretty damn cool. CLAY’s other feature include the high quality gym equipment you’d expect at an upscale gym, a Natural Cafe with curated menu options from a nutritionist, personal saunas, and spa. Lastly, CLAY doesn’t try to imprison all members to a 1-year contract. Monthly memberships are available for those transient New Yorkers always on the go.
