Enjoy New Bistro Furniture Daily in Four Public Seating Areas

Hold a morning meeting outside, enjoy your lunch from your favorite #USQEats spot, or bring a book from Barnes & Noble or Strand Bookstore to read. Find a seat in the sun, or find shade under our blue umbrellas.

Broadway Pedestrian Plaza

On Broadway between 17th Street and 18th Street, enjoy a corridor of tables and chairs lined by planters filled with #USQBlooms. Plus, located in the center, get a charge at our solar-powered phone charging station.
