Fresh Routes just opened a new pop-up shop in the Union Square subway station, making it easier for you to come up with quick and healthy dinner options. Fight the urge to order in, and cook up a fresh and flavorful dinner yourself in just 30 minutes using one of their easy dinner kits. Each convenient kit contains four generous portions of a seasonal entrée, fresh veggies, a bold spice blend and easy step-by-step instructions for preparing, averaging at around $34 per kit.

Recipes were made by local chefs, and ingredients are sourced from local producers. Customers can also enter to win a free dinner kit by posting pictures of their Fresh Routes dinners on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram using the hashtag #freshroutes.

The Fresh Routes pop-up store is located on the mezzanine level of the Union Square subway station at the entrance near 14th Street and Union Square East.  They are open 8 AM–9 PM, Monday–Friday, and from 10 AM–5 PM on Saturdays throughout the summer.
