Union Square’s newest restaurant brings summer flavor to the neighborhood! Cevich, located at 21 East 15th Street, just opened with a variety of fresh, quick, healthy ceviche options. The popular South American cuisine, where fresh fish is “cold cooked” in a marinade of citrus juices, spices and other ingredients such as chilies, red onions and cilantro, is presented with a wide array of seasonal options.
Executive Chef Evelyn Alberto executes the menu with sauces made in-house daily with local, fresh ingredients. Choose from a variety of fresh fish or shrimp prepared in 7 different styles either served solo or in a bowl served over mixed greens, coconut rice or quinoa. Additionally, try Cevich’s burritos or tacos for a fresh spin on the favorites.
