This year, Sweaty Saturday™ is happening tomorrow, February 22, 2014. New York City’s finest fitness studios, health brands and wellness experts will be devoting the day entirely to fitness, health and wellness! Several of Union Square area fitness facilities will be offering special classes and energetic music, in addition to nutritional advice, goodies, raffles and giveaways. In addition to getting fit, you’ll be giving back! A portion of the proceeds from Sweaty Saturday™ will go to Partnership for Healthier America, which is devoted to working with the private sector to ensure the health of our nation’s youth by solving the childhood obesity crisis.
BRICK is offering two Sweaty Saturday classes. If you have not tried a B|X class yet, now’s your chance. This 60-minute conditioning class mixes high-intensity intervals and hardcore conditioning and is one of Brick’s most efficient total body workouts. The program consists of CrossFit-inspired movements designed for building strength while shredding fat.

In a mid-Saturday slump, get rejuvenated with our Sweaty Saturday Class. Emphasizing core strength as well as the major joints in your body, this 60-min class will incorporate a variety of props including weights, therabands, and physioballs.
