It was only a matter of time before Mashable joined the growing trend of tech firms setting up shop in Union Square. According to Crain’s, the media company is in negotiations to take a 50,000 to 60,000 square foot space at 114 Fifth Avenue. This news comes just days after Mastercard was said to also be in negotiations for space at the same building, further substantiating that Union Square is the digital district.
