Comedy with a Gourmet Meal and no Drink Minimum

Stand Comedy

Zeckendorf Towers Becomes Largest Smokefree Residential Building in the Country

Zeckendorf Towers
With 650 condominium units, Zeckendorf Towers on Union Square East has become the largest smoke-free residential building in the country. Unlike some other new buildings that have banned smoking , Zeckendorf Towers is one of the few buildings to ban the habit by a vote from condo owners. Nearly 84 percent of voting owners supported the amendment to prohibit smoking in both residential units and public areas for all new residents (85% of residents participated in the vote).  Existing smokers who own a condo in the building will be granted a three-year waiver before their units are subject to the smoke-free policy.
