Meet the man who is going to get you in shape this summer. Tom came all the way from England to get you in shape at Summer in the Square. Okay, not really, but we can pretend. Tom trains the very best over at CLAY Health Club + Spa and is actually a neighborhood resident! A boxer of ten years, Tom’s personal training regiment is sure to work every muscle. Seriously, we hurt just listening to him describe it. For his clients, Tom’s training style is designed to boost the heart rate and give you a full body workout by including Plyometrics and Burpies (yes, burpies – we had to have him say it twice. They are pseudo squat/push ups). As intimidated as we were, Tom assured us anyone could do it – regardless of ability. Join Tom, and us, each Thursday this summer at Summer in the Square.
